The Works in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Parking Ambassador to assist patrons, enforce parking regulations, and support operations across The Works facilities. You will greet guests, answer questions about rates, directions, and payment processes, and help maintain safe, orderly parking areas.

Responsibilities include patrolling lots, issuing citations when needed, operating handheld devices, and coordinating with security and parking staff during events.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required.
• Prior experience in customer service, public safety, or parking operations preferred.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and handheld devices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide courteous, professional assistance to patrons regarding parking regulations, directions, rates, nearby amenities, facility locations, and payment processes.
• Greet and assist the public in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns with professionalism and resolve minor disputes on-site.
• Patrol designated areas to monitor parking activity and ensure compliance with posted regulations.
• Issue citations or warnings for violations in accordance with local ordinances and internal policies.
• Operate handheld or mobile devices for issuing tickets and recording activity.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, providing accurate information or escalating issues as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between the public and parking enforcement or security personnel.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns related to parking lots, garages, meters, or signage.
• Assist during special events with traffic flow and parking management.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance and act as a representative of the organization.
