You will patrol zones, issue citations when needed, handle inquiries, report maintenance needs, assist during events, and coordinate with security or enforcement teams while maintaining a neat professional appearance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service or operations is preferred.
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods outdoors.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and handheld devices.

• Provide courteous and professional assistance to patrons regarding parking regulations, directions, rates, nearby amenities, facility locations, and payment processes.

• Report maintenance or safety concerns related to parking lots, garages, meters, or signage.
• Assist during special events with traffic flow and parking management.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance and act as a representative of the organization.
