Legacy Parking Company is hiring a Parking Customer Service Attendant for downtown Atlanta. This outdoor, active role requires walking 4–8+ hours per shift and delivering high levels of customer service in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, directing traffic to spaces, helping guests operate pay machines, and resolving questions with professionalism. Availability Tue-Sat 2pm-9pm is preferred.

Legacy Parking is looking to add a Parking Customer Service Attendant to our team in downtown Atlanta!

Position Summary

The Parking Customer Service Attendant is responsible for walking designated areas of the garage to ensure compliance with parking regulations, assisting with payment-related questions and providing a high level of customer service to the public. This is an active, outdoor role requiring extended periods of walking throughout the assigned shift in all weather conditions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Greet arriving and departing customers in a friendly and courteous manner.

Act as traffic controller to direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.

Assist guests in operating pay machines.

Control traffic at entrances and exits, as needed.

Provide assistance to customers who may have forgotten where they parked.

Use respectful communication to assist guests with questions, problems, or concerns.

Communicate professionally with the public, clients, and internal staff

Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Physical Requirements

This position involves significant physical activity. Candidates must be able to:

Walk continuously for extended periods (4–8+ hours) throughout each shift

Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow

Stand, bend, and move for the duration of the shift

Carry and operate handheld citation equipment and communication devices

Minimum Qualifications
