Job summary

SP+ in Kansas City is seeking a customer-service oriented parking attendant to handle cash transactions, issue receipts, and guide customers through the facility. The role requires basic math, reliable attendance, and a courteous demeanor.

Training will cover booth operations and security procedures. Responsibilities include operating the register, balancing the bank, and assisting customers with routes and questions while maintaining a clean booth environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic math to make change
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions
• Ability to write simple notes or memos
• Must have valid state driver's license
• Shift flexibility, including weekends or evenings when required

Responsibilities

• Receive payment for parking services and issue receipts
• Count and secure cash at start of shift
• Operate cash register and calculate transaction costs
• Provide directions to customers
• Resolve customer complaints with supervisor assistance
• Maintain cleanliness of booth and surrounding area
