Reimagined Parking is seeking a Part-Time Lot Attendant for the PCAM Garage in Philadelphia. The role involves greeting guests, issuing tickets, directing traffic, counting vehicles, and maintaining parking lot safety and cleanliness.

The position supports day-to-day operations with various shifts and outdoor work. Ideal candidates are at least 18, able to work flexible hours, pass a background check, and authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Basic problem-solving skills.

• Ability to verbally communicate with guests.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Direct traffic to available parking spaces as needed.
• Perform vehicle counts to ensure garage capacity is not exceeded.
• Ensure vehicles are parked according to lot layout and site instructions.
• Distribute parking validation instructions or signage when applicable.
• Adjust cones, barriers, and signage as needed for safety and efficiency.
• Monitor entrances and exits to manage traffic flow.
• Report accidents or safety concerns immediately to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the shift.
