Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Direct patrons where to park.
• Issue tickets to customers, recording required information.
• Process exception transactions (lost tickets, grace period, etc.).
• Complete daily shift paperwork with transactions, vehicles in/out, contract parkers, and tickets.
• Provide standard customer service with uniform, greeting, questions, and exit thanks.
• May perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks per site checklist.
• Handle other special projects as assigned by location management.
• Perform other duties as needed based on operations.
