Propark Mobility is hiring a Parking Enforcement Officer for full-time opportunities in Houston, Texas. The role involves patrolling areas, issuing citations, and coordinating with vendors to tow or remove vehicles.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School degree preferred but not required.

• Professional and friendly demeanor with customers.
• Available mornings, evenings, or overnight.

Responsibilities

• Patrols assigned area to observe vehicles for parking violations.
• Issues citations for improper parking.
• Operate license plate reading technology.
• Supervise towing/removal of vehicles with vendors.
• Check vehicle condition and perform routine maintenance.
• Complete citation data (violation type, time, date, location, plate/VIN).
• Provide customer service with uniform and greetings.
• Perform cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned by management.
• Support other special projects as needed.
