Propark Mobility is seeking Parking Attendants (non-driving) in Portland, OR. Earn $18.20 per hour with full-time and part-time options. You will direct patrons, issue tickets, handle exceptions, and complete daily shift documentation while upholding company service standards.

Qualifications

• Direct patrons where to park.
• Issue tickets to customers and record information.
• Process exception transactions per policy.
• Complete daily shift paperwork with transactions and counts.

Responsibilities

• Direct patrons to parking areas.
• Issue and record tickets.
• Handle exceptional transactions (lost/grace period tickets).
• Complete daily shift documentation (transactions, vehicles, contracts, departures).
• Maintain company service standards (uniform, greetings, questions, resolutions).
• Assist with cleaning/maintenance per checklist.
• Take on location projects as needed.
