Job summary

The Kraft Group seeks a part-time Parking Attendant to efficiently park event vehicles at Gillette Stadium. You will guide traffic, assist patrons, and ensure safety and courteous service throughout event operations.

Responsibilities include direct traffic in parking lots, enforcing policies, answering questions, reporting incidents, and supporting the Lot/Area Supervisors during busy event days and adverse weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to take direction and deliver customer service.
• Ability to direct traffic using provided equipment.

• Communicate debris, water, oil spills and etc. to Lot Supervisor and/or Area Supervisor.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

SUMMARY

Efficiently park event customer cars in a quick, safe and courteous manner. Provide directional support to parking patrons prior to, during and subsequent to an event exit.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Efficiently and safely direct traffic within Gillette Stadium parking lots while delivering excellent customer service.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to take direction.
• Ability to effectively communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to direct traffic using equipment provided.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to stand for long periods of time (8+ hours).
• The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
