Job description

SUMMARY Efficiently park event customer cars in a quick, safe and courteous manner. Provide directional support to parking patrons prior to, during and subsequent to an event exit.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Efficiently and safely direct traffic within Gillette Stadium parking lots while delivering excellent customer service.
  2. Provide customer service by being familiar with Gillette Stadium parking lots and operations, courteously assisting customers by answering any questions they may have.
  3. Enforce tailgating and general parking policies with customers
  4. Control traffic in designated area as needed
  5. Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Lot Supervisor and/or Area Supervisor
  6. Communicate debris, water, oil spills and etc. to Lot Supervisor and/or Area Supervisor
  7. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to take direction
  • Ability to effectively communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
  • Ability to direct traffic using equipment provided
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time (8+ hours)
  • The employee frequently is required to talk or hear
  • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

  • Ability to work in inclement weather including heat, humidity, cold, snow and rain
  • The noise level is typically loud on event days
