Job summary

Reimagined Parking in Loudoun Gateway is seeking a Full Time Parking Ambassador to greet customers, guide parking, handle payments, and uphold safety. The role is based at Lockridge Rd with varying shifts and schedules, paying $18 per hour.

You will monitor areas, issue citations when needed, assist during events, and report hazards. Must be 18+, HS diploma preferred, pass a background check, and be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Must pass a background check as per company policy and laws.
• Authorized to work in the United States; E‑Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and professional experience to all customers and visitors.
• Greet and assist patrons with parking directions, payment options, and general inquiries.
• Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations.
• Issue parking citations or warnings following company policies.
• Respond promptly and courteously to customer concerns, complaints, or service requests.
• Assist with traffic flow during peak hours, events, or emergencies.
• Perform basic facility checks (signage, cleanliness, equipment).
• Report hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues to management.
• Utilize parking systems or handheld devices as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly parking environment.
• Represent the organization professionally at all times.
• Perform duties as assigned by Parking Manager.
