Job summary

Raffle Parking Company in Houston, TX is seeking a part-time Parking Ambassador to provide customer service in the parking areas, handle basic maintenance of meters and equipment, and respond to intercom calls. You will monitor lots, enforce rules, and direct disputes to customer service while maintaining courtesy. The role requires authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests at the property that are in the parking areas of the property
• Perform general maintenance on the parking meters and the parking equipment in the garages (gates, ticket dispensers, etc.).
• Respond to intercom calls from customers in the garage, assist customers as needed.
• Issues parking violations to any vehicle that neglects to pay the pay-station, possesses an invalid or expired monthly hangtag, or any other parking infraction
• Monitors parking lots and assists customers as needed
• Knows the policies and procedures of each property he/she audits to ensure that no ticket is issued without cause
• Directs any and all violation disputes to the customer service department
• Maintains a polite and courteous attitude while effectively enforcing the rules and regulations of the parking facility
• Performs other duties as assigned
