The Parker Store Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service to internal and external customers by using in-depth knowledge of company products and programs and communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide timely and accurate information regarding customer order status and product knowledge requests.

Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to established department policies and procedures.

Work with the accounting department to resolve disputed credit items.

Provide feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.

Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.

Compensation
