Job summary

Adventure Park is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the inspection, maintenance, repair, and general condition of indoor and outdoor facilities, attractions, grounds, vehicles, and equipment. You will identify maintenance needs, prioritize projects, complete repairs, and keep accurate records to ensure park safety and reliability.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum three years in facility maintenance, groundskeeping, or related field preferred.
Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
Combo of education, training, and experience may be considered.
Must pass background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

Oversee inspection, maintenance, repair, and general condition of indoor and outdoor facilities, attractions, grounds, vehicles, and equipment.
Identify maintenance needs, prioritize projects, complete repairs, and maintain records.
Welcome guests and team members in a friendly, professional manner with BIG SMILES.
Prioritize daily maintenance based on safety, operational impact, and urgency.
Coordinate maintenance work with managers and other departments to minimize disruption.
