Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawfully authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school graduate or GED certificate.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75+ lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Security and Rule Enforcement: Monitor the park to ensure visitor safety and enforce park and facility rules, addressing violations.
• Customer Service: Respond to calls, assist visitors, and document responses; engage with the public.
• Maintenance Tasks: Perform light maintenance and setup/takedown for park utilities and rentals.
• Sales and Reservations Support: Assist with point-of-sale operations, manage reservations and equipment rentals.
• Problem-Solving: Analyze situations and implement effective solutions for park operations.
• Event Support: Plan and supervise park programs and events.
