Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess Peace Officer CLEET certification or out of state equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License.
• Provide successful completion of drug test and polygraph.
• Pass the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System physical.
• Background check and character assessment are required.

Responsibilities

• Patrols park/resort grounds and property to enforce laws, rules, and regulations.
• Provide security and protection for visitors, staff, and property.
• Assist visitors and ensure compliance with traffic laws and regulations.
• Conduct investigations; issue warnings and citations; make arrests and document findings.
• Represent the agency in court and provide testimony as needed.
• Provide first aid to injured individuals and respond to emergencies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Be at least 21 years of age

Must possess a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License

Pass pre-employment drug test and polygraph

Pass Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System physical
