Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment seeks a Seasonal Park Quality Ambassador for Busch Gardens Williamsburg in Virginia. You will support the Ambassador Housing Village and help keep facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include teamwork, custodial tasks, laundry, and equipment upkeep. The role requires flexibility (nights, weekends, holidays) and physical stamina to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

The Ambassador Housing Village is a six‑acre property with dorm‑style rooms that serves as the home away from home for more than 600 employees on an annual basis. Our team members come from around the globe to work at the World’s Most Beautiful Theme Park! The Park Quality Team keeps the Ambassador Housing Village looking nice for residents. All of the Ambassador Housing Team thrives on interaction in a culturally diverse work environment. Note – The Ambassador Housing Village is an operation of the Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water County USA Human Resources Division.

What it takes to succeed:

• Work a flexible schedule based on business need, to include overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Have basic understanding of custodial and grounds equipment
• Currently have valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving guidelines preferred
• Communicate effectively and professionally with ambassadors and all others conducting business on our properties
• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 75 lbs. on a frequent basis.
• Some specific work areas may require heavier lifting
• Perform the following physical activities on a frequent basis: kneel, squat, stand, walk, climb, bend floor-to-waist/waist-to-overhead and reach overhead, simple grasp and fine manipulation tasks
• Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
