Job summary

The City of Georgetown, TX is seeking a part-time, on-call customer service associate for Garey Park. You will assist park guests, register participants for activities, collect fees and memberships, and provide information about programs and services.

Responsibilities include monitoring activities, distributing equipment, answering inquiries, and assisting with event setup and cleanup. CPR and First Aid certification must be obtained within six months; experience in public contact is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Six months of customer service or public contact.
• Cash handling skills preferred.
• CPR and First Aid knowledge or certification.
• Good communication skills; able to work with adults and children.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to participants in park activities.
• Registers participants and collects payments for activities and memberships.
• Monitors activities and enforces park rules and safety guidelines.
• Distributes recreation equipment to customers.
• Opens and closes facilities; handles program paperwork and inquiries.
• Supports monthly events and assists with setup and cleanup.
