Job summary

The City of Grapevine is seeking an individual for the role that includes managing daily operations of parks and recreation facilities. Responsibilities include providing customer service, assisting with program registrations, and ensuring safety protocols.

This position also involves working outdoors, leading community events, and working with a variety of programs. Candidates are expected to be adaptable and capable of maintaining a safe environment for all participants.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess or obtain CPR certification upon hire.
• Must pass a Federal/National criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Attend to daily operation of facilities and programs.
• Ensure the safety of spectators and participants.
• Provide excellent customer service to public and patrons.
• Assist with program registrations and registrations using a custom system.
• Prepare the room/facility for reservations.
