Job summary

Get Air Fayetteville is seeking a General Park Manager to lead daily park operations and a team dedicated to safe, fun experiences for guests. You will hire and train staff, manage budgets, control expenses, and market the park in the community while meeting KPIs to drive profitability.

Working nights, weekends, and some holidays is required. The position offers a base salary in the $70k–$80k range plus tips, bonuses, and commissions, with benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k),

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong decision making, oral and written communication, conflict management and organization.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all park operations and lead the park team.
• Hire, train, and develop employees to deliver safe, fun experiences.
• Strive to meet KPIs to increase park profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Clean and maintain equipment and building; manage supplies and vendors.
• Handle customer service issues and manage park expenses.
• Engage with the community to market the business.
