Job summary

Get Air Trampoline Park in Waterloo is seeking a General Park Manager to lead daily park operations and drive a fun, safe family experience. You will hire, train and supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure top levels of customer service while meeting performance targets.

The role requires the ability to work nights and weekends, and to stand or walk for long periods, with lifting up to 50 pounds. Competitive base salary plus incentives is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two+ years of management experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Schedule requires nights, weekends, and some major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all park operations.
• Hire, train and develop employees.
• Strive to meet and exceed KPIs to increase profitability.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment and facility.
• Procure operating supplies from vendors.
• Handle customer service issues and resolutions.
• Monitor park expenses and control costs.
