Job summary

Urban Air Fayetteville is seeking a Park Lead to oversee daily operations, guest services, and staff supervision in our fast-paced indoor adventure park.

Open and close shifts, promote a positive team culture for employees and guests, monitor on-site staff and safety, manage maintenance and inventory of equipment, and ensure events—from birthday parties to Teen Night—run smoothly with outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, some College preferred.
• Prior supervisor-level experience.
• Proven conflict management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekends
• Promote team culture throughout the Park (both employees and customers)
• Monitor on-site staff
• Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment
• Promote safety for employees and customers
