Job summary

The Town of Palm Beach seeks a Park Crew Foreman to lead day-to-day operations at Phipps Ocean Park. This role oversees park attendants, ensures safety, and coordinates with the Preservation Foundation and landscape contractor to maintain native ecosystems and high-use amenities.

Under supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent, you will plan tasks, supervise staff, enforce park rules, respond to incidents, and manage equipment and assets across park facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; supplemented by three (3) years of experience in park maintenance, commercial grounds operations, golf course maintenance, or public works infrastructure maintenance, including at least one (1) year in a team lead or supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Plans, assigns, schedules, and directs the daily activities of the Park Attendants; inspects completed tasks for safety, aesthetics, and public service expectations.
