Job summary

Altitude Trampoline Park Austell is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee daily park operations, coach frontline teams, and ensure guest satisfaction across Front Desk, Courts, Café, Parties, Cleaning, and Arcade. You will partner with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to meet daily objectives and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Hospitality/entertainment/retail or family entertainment center experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Outstanding guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable coaching and motivating employees.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the facility and supervise all departments during shifts.
• Lead daily park operations and ensure efficiency across Front Desk, Courts, Café, Parties, Cleaning, and Arcade.
• Coach employees on guest service, safety procedures, and operational expectations.
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
• Monitor guest flow, wait times, and lead guest interactions to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and park safety inspections completed.
• Support birthday parties and group events with on-time execution.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and shift documentation.
