Qualifications

• Knowledge of office and cash handling practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of general maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Knowledge of rules, regulations, principles, and procedures governing construction and maintenance activities at a public park.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and occupational hazards for construction and maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of first aid principles and methods and skill in their application.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor tasks in the upkeep and repair of Downtown Riverfront Parks.
• Operate standard office equipment such as telephones, computers, cash register, and card machines.
• Provide courteous, tactful, and effective information to requests and inquiries.
