Under the general direction of the Park Operations Manager, the employee will perform manual labor, including skilled tasks or assisting skilled workers. Positions in this classification report to a designated supervisor and work under direct or limited supervision. This role emphasizes skilled parks maintenance and construction, distinguished from higher classes by its lack of supervisory duties.

Additional duties include consulting on complex problems, providing reports, and assisting with manual revisions. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of relevant experience, and a valid Georgia driver’s license. Knowledge of tools, maintenance methods, safety precautions, and effective communication are essential. The employee must also demonstrate physical endurance, teamwork, problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
