Pay Range: $22.10+ BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Job Summary:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Additional responsibilities include performing various semi-skilled and unskilled tasks, following documented inspection reports, and independently completing recurring maintenance requests.
Minimum requirements include two years of experience demonstrating skills in at least two trades such as Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or Painting, with knowledge of safety and environmental regulations. Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, working outdoors and indoors, and using PPE is required. Valid driver’s license may be needed for travel. Work hours may include weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary.
This position is represented by the American Federation of Government Employees, Local 22.
Experience and Education: One year of general maintenance experience; substitution of education for experience is possible. Three years of specialized maintenance experience involving painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs are preferred. Physical requirements include standing, bending, climbing, and lifting.
