Five Star Parks and Attractions is seeking a Technical Service Manager to oversee technology and maintenance across the park. You will lead maintenance staff, manage electro-mechanical systems, and ensure outstanding guest experiences through proactive service and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance staff.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory maintenance role.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Techs to ensure tasks are addressed.
• Meet regularly with staff to supervise and communicate.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Maintain PM logs for all attractions.
• Oversee multiple attractions such as Coasters, VR, Laser Tag.
• Assist with parts inventory and purchasing.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Document fire and disaster drills per regulations.
