Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to assist the Unit Manager by overseeing maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical systems within the unit, ensuring safety and reliability.

You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate inspections, and manage repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related equipment while aligning with budget and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s or trade school certification preferred.
• 2–4 years of hotel maintenance management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing; pool maintenance certification value.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a maintenance team and coordinate priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance operations under the Unit Manager and monitor budget compliance.
• Recruit, supervise, train, schedule, and direct maintenance staff.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and repair equipment failures.
• Perform major repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems.
• Respond to emergency facility needs and ensure safety of occupants.
