Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Techs to ensure tasks are addressed.
• Meet regularly with staff to provide supervision and encourage communication.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and other regulatory agencies.
• Provide training and development of the tech and maintenance team.
• Oversee multiple attractions including coasters, VR systems, laser tag, and simulators.
• Assist with parts inventory, purchasing, and safety documentation.
• Maintain PM logs and ensure preventive maintenance is completed.
• Coordinate contractors for repairs and building maintenance.
