Urban Air Palmdale is seeking a site manager to lead daily Park operations, open/close shifts, and promote a positive team culture for both staff and guests. You will oversee on-site personnel and ensure safe, engaging experiences within the Park locale.

The role emphasizes strong communication, conflict resolution, and availability for evenings and weekends in a fast-paced entertainment environment. Urban Air Palmdale provides equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Prior experience in a supervisor-level role is required.
• Proven conflict management skills to handle guest and staff issues.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekends.
• Promote team culture throughout the Park (employees and customers).
• Monitor on-site staff.
• Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment.
• Promote safety for employees and customers.
