The position requires excellent customer service skills, ability to process payments, and readiness to work variable shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This entry-level role offers hourly pay and state employment benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to count money and use a cash register.
• Must be able to use a 2-way radio.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Must provide own uniforms and be willing to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist visitors by providing directions and information about park services.
• Answer phones and take messages for all employees.
• Serve as front-line customer service representative for the park site.
• Collect fees for cabin, camping, shelters and pool rentals.
