Qualifications

• Operate a computer and cash register.
• Have reliable transportation.
• General knowledge of office and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service.
• Perform clerical duties such as computer, cash register, copier, handheld radio, and multi-line phone system operations.
• Reconcile daily revenue on the cash register.
• Familiarity with park rules, trails, and facilities.
• Daily cleaning of the contact station/visitor center, office area, restroom, and retail areas.
• Keep retail areas well stocked.
• Work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
