Qualifications

• Ability to read instructions, maps, blueprints, and manuals.
• Ability to lead a crew and coordinate work orders.
• Proven safety and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspect, and review crew work in maintenance/construction.
• Inspect projects and ensure timely completion.
• Estimate materials and prepare reports.
• Ensure safety procedures and training.
• Respond to emergencies including snow, floods, etc.
• Supervise and manage timekeeping and communications.
