Job summary

LEGOLAND New York Resort is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our attractions, facilities, and grounds clean, safe, and operating for guests and team members.

You'll perform minor repairs, sanitation tasks, operate maintenance tools and vehicles, and support safety procedures across the resort. This role requires flexible scheduling, a valid driver's license, and a service-first mindset to help deliver memorable family experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read/speak/understand basic English.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through on procedures.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Works well independently or on a team with safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor building repairs and general facility upkeep.
• Drive a pickup truck and trailer to support maintenance tasks.
• Collect and remove waste from back-of-house locations.
• Transport trash to waste transfer and disposal areas.
• Operate power tools and maintenance equipment for cleanliness.
• Identify safety concerns and report them for action.
• Assist with maintenance projects and special assignments.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work environment.
• Comply with company safety standards and procedures.
