Job summary

LEGOLAND New York Resort is seeking a Rides Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair our high‑tech rides and attractions. You will use precision tools and follow strict safety standards to keep experiences safe and exciting for guests.

Join a hands‑on role in Technical Services, keeping records up to date in our EAM system and contributing to continuous improvement of maintenance processes and ride reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to study and learn complex amusement attraction maintenance using a structured training program.
• Proven hands-on experience installing, servicing, and maintaining electromechanical equipment.
• Deep familiarity with best-practice tools and diagnostic methods used to troubleshoot industrial machinery.
• Strong practical math skills.
• Comfort with using iPad to complete work orders in an EAM system.

Responsibilities

• Own the precision: Install, inspect, repair, and troubleshoot advanced electromechanical systems on amusement rides.
• Master the tools: Use machine tools and precision measuring devices.
• Guard the standard: Maintain safety and compliance with codes and procedures.
• Track the magic: Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and inventory in the EAM system.
• Adapt & thrive: Tackle special projects to keep the resort running smoothly.
