Job summary

The State of Oklahoma is seeking a Construction/Maintenance Supervisor for Ft Cobb State Park to oversee the construction, maintenance, repair, and upkeep of park facilities. The role includes supervising staff, inspecting facilities, estimating costs, and preparing reports.

The incumbent will manage trades, equipment, and supplies, ensuring safe, compliant operations and on-site supervision of projects to support daily park activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Five (5) years of experience in one or more of the building trades or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform tasks that involve regular bending, stooping, squatting, walking and lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
• Some locations will require a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Covers construction, maintenance, repair or upkeep of park facilities.
• Supervises employees and inspects buildings, premises, or equipment for needed repairs.
• Estimates costs for labor and materials and prepares reports.
• Operates, maintains and repairs equipment used in construction and maintenance.
• Schedule, supervise, and manage the work of others.
• Manage supply levels and requisition parts and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
