Job summary

Park City Municipal Corporation's Transportation Planning Department is seeking a Multimodal Transportation Planning Intern for winter and spring 2027. The intern will work with the Transportation Planning and Transit teams to improve mobility and access throughout Park City, contributing to short-range transit and multimodal wayfinding efforts.

The role offers hands-on experience in transportation planning, community engagement, and project implementation within a dynamic mountain community.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student in transportation planning, urban planning, or related field.
• At least 18 years old by start of employment.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of Park City's short-range transit and multimodal wayfinding plans.
• Conduct research, collect and analyze data, and help prepare maps, graphics, and presentations.
• Assist with public engagement activities including events, surveys, and outreach.
