You will supervise staff, implement procedures, maintain high standards of customer service, and act as the contact point for guests.
Responsibilities
- Attend to guests promptly, greet them, and make them feel comfortable.
- Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties, achieve production goals.
- Assist the Park Manager with training, development, and auditing.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Audit schedules and submit requests for approval.
- Open and close the park using keys or a code.
- Communicate any guest or employee issues to the Park Manager.
- Operate check‑in process: sign liability waiver, collect guest info via iPad.
- Operate front cash counter: accept cash or card, register transactions, provide exact change.
- Verify POS amounts accurately.
- Organize refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips, ice cream.
- Check snack inventory and order replenishment from specified vendors.
- Walk the floor regularly to monitor hazards and enforce park rules.
- Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures, tables, chairs, playground structures.
- Schedule and coordinate family events and assist events operate efficiently.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
- Stand, walk, bend, twist constantly.
- Frequent bilateral hand movements.
- Good finger dexterity.
- Work in noisy environments created by guests, such as children yelling and music.
- Work in hectic and busy peak hours.
- Work in a tight structure and be comfortable with heights.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Work weekends and holidays.
- Able to work with children.
- Operate an iPad.
- Good communication, customer service, conflict resolution skills.
