Overview

Park Assistant Manager at Kids Empire. As a Park Assistant Manager, you play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the park, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and efficient experience for visitors. You supervise staff, implement operational procedures, and maintain high standards of customer service. You are the primary contact between guests and Kids Empire and are responsible for guest satisfaction, resolving complaints, and addressing questions or comments from guests while present at Kids Empire. This role requires interaction with families and children of all ages.

Responsibilities
  • Attend to guests promptly, greet them, and create a welcoming park environment.
  • Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties satisfactorily and meet production goals.
  • Assist the Park Manager with training, development, and auditing.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among park staff.
  • Audit schedules and obtain needed approvals from the Park Manager.
  • Open and close the park using keys or a code.
  • Communicate guest or employee issues to the Park Manager.
  • Manage guest check-in processes, including liability waivers and guest information collection via iPad.
  • Operate the front cash counter, handle cash and card transactions, and provide exact change when applicable.
  • Verify billing transactions using the POS system.
  • Organize and stock the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips, and ice cream; monitor snack inventory and reorder as needed.
  • Walk the floor to identify unsafe hazards and ensure guests follow park rules and guidelines.
  • Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures, tables, chairs, and playground elements.
  • Schedule and coordinate family events and assist events to operate efficiently.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
  • Stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly.
  • Frequent bilateral hand movements and good finger dexterity.
  • Work in noisy environments with guests, including children and music.
  • Work in a hectic atmosphere during peak hours and be comfortable with heights.
