The position requires excellent communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to stand, walk long distances, and lift up to 60 pounds. Shifts include weekends, holidays, and late nights as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and late nights.
• Must be able to walk long distances, stand for long periods, work in high places, and safely lift 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests as they enter the park, ensuring a smooth entry experience.
• Process various ticket media, including One-Day Tickets and Season Passes.
• Stock and issue park maps, celebration buttons, and other guest engagement items.
• Demonstrate knowledge of admissions products including One-Day Tickets, Season Passes, VIP Tours, THE FLASH Pass, Dining Plans, Haunted Attractions Passes, and more.
• Work at the park exit to manage guest flow and ensure accurate attendance recording.
• Process parking transactions through a POS system in a timely manner.
• Direct guests through Toll Plaza parking booths and Park Entrance for speedy entry.
• Work as a Preferred Parking attendant and parking lot exit attendant.
