Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicate parish policies and Catholic wedding guidelines to couples and parties.
• Schedule, coordinate, and attend wedding rehearsals and ceremonies.
• Collaborate with clergy, musicians, sacristans, and staff to ensure liturgical readiness.
• Prepare the church and materials for rehearsals and liturgies.
• Oversee timelines and coordinate participants for a smooth, prayerful celebration.
• Provide a welcoming, supportive presence for couples, families, and guests.
• Maintain wedding schedules, records, and necessary sacramental documentation.
• Assist with additional wedding-related administrative duties.
