Job summary

The Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking a Part-Time Wedding Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison for couples preparing for the Sacrament of Marriage at St. Charles Borromeo Church.

You will coordinate all logistical aspects of parish weddings, ensuring celebrations are well-organized, reverent, and aligned with Catholic liturgical norms. In this role, you will collaborate with clergy, parish staff, musicians, and wedding parties to provide a welcoming, seamless experience from planning

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parish wedding ceremonies from scheduling through completion.
• Serve as primary contact for engaged couples during planning.
• Communicate parish policies and Catholic wedding guidelines to couples and parties.
• Schedule rehearsals and wedding ceremonies and attend them.
• Collaborate with clergy, musicians, sacristans, and staff for liturgical readiness.
• Prepare the church and materials for liturgies and rehearsals.
• Maintain wedding schedules, records, and required documentation.
• Provide a welcoming, professional presence for couples and guests.
• Assist with related administrative duties as needed.
