Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately record sacraments into parish registers and database.
• Maintain archival security and protect PII from loss or misuse.
• Prepare and issue sacramental certificates with parish seal and signatures.
• Coordinate inter-parish notifications and respond to data requests.
• Maintain Mass intentions and stipend register.
• Ensure records are accurate and accessible to parish staff and approved auditors.
