Job summary

Saint Ann Catholic Parish of Clayton in Clayton, NC seeks a Part Time Special Mass Coordinator to oversee weddings, funerals, and other services with strong attention to liturgical detail and records accuracy. You will guide families through sacramental requirements, coordinate with clergy, staff, and volunteers, and ensure compliant, well-organized ceremonies.

Experience in catechesis or ministry is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare mass binders and delegation letters for visiting clergy.
• Meet families face-to-face to guide ceremony planning and requirements.
• Coordinate with parish staff, volunteers, and ministers for smooth celebrations.
