Job summary

Our Lady of Prompt Succor Parish-Chackbay, LA is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Associate to clean and maintain parish facilities and support church events. The role reports to the Director of Business Operations and is approximately 10 hours per week.

• Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English.
• General facilities upkeep, housekeeping, and cleaning practices knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning of each parish building weekly.
• Performs annual deep cleaning of each parish building.
• Collects and disposes of garbage around the parish.
• Keeps inventory of all cleaning and janitorial supplies in each building.
• Assists with the setup and cleanup of parish events, as needed.
