Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance and minor preventive maintenance for parish buildings and property.
• Provides custodial and janitorial services including cleaning, disinfecting, trash removal, and restroom upkeep.
• Cleans and maintains equipment and building systems; handles furniture and event setup.
• Performs minor repairs such as painting, basic plumbing and electrical tasks; reports issues as needed.
• Assists with safety by identifying hazards and following OSHA guidelines.
