The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, be proficient in design tools and Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication skills. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, information technology, or computer science preferred or 4 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Computer expertise in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update an active parish calendar of events.
• Manage and regularly update the parish website and social media platforms.
• Create and oversee online registration and event management systems.

Skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Organized and detail-oriented

Education

Bachelor’s degree in communication, IT, or computer science
