OhioGuidestone seeks a paraprofessional clinical specialist to support families with child development guidance and parenting education. You will conduct home visits, foster trust with families, and coordinate access to community resources across Ohio.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to work variable hours to meet client needs. A relevant degree is preferred but not required, with mandatory pre-employment screenings and a valid Ohio driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s preferred.
• Must obtain Parents as Teachers 0-3 and 3-5 within required time.

• Conduct bi-monthly home visits with families and children birth to age five.
• Build positive relationships with parents and children to foster trust.
• Provide parenting education and child development guidance.
• Facilitate access to community resources and services.
