OhioGuidestone is recruiting a paraprofessional clinical for a full-time Cleveland-based role. The position focuses on delivering evidence-based parenting education, family engagement, and coordinated community supports to children from birth to age five.

You will conduct home visits, maintain documentation, and collaborate with families to achieve individualized goals. We seek candidates with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, flexibility to work days/evenings, and a valid Ohio

Formación

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Education or related field preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain Parents as Teachers 0-3 and 3-5 within required time.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct bi-monthly home visits with families enrolled in the designated program.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and children.
• Deliver evidence-based parenting education and child development guidance.
